1-to-1 Personal Training
I offer 1-to-1 personal training sessions. Each session lasts 1 hour - taken once or twice weekly, depending on your goals and availability.
I work from my own gym so it’s completely private. The gym area is large and very well equipped.
As part of your training programme it will be expected that you make lifestyle changes if needed to compliment your 1-to-1 training sessions. I will give you as much support as I can but ultimately, the results are driven by you and your commitment to yourself. We will discuss this at your initial consultation, before we begin training.
