Small Group Training
These outdoor classes are designed in a way to help improve your overall fitness with strength, cardio and endurance all built in to challenge you every time.
​
The group setting helps a lot of participants with their motivation - showing up week on week, building relationships and helping each other get through it.
Also included is access to the Facebook community with a great network of like minded individuals, support from the PT team if required and a monthly recipe ebook.
​
These classes are 3 times per week and different groups are on at different times.
