It's easy to think you know what 'good nutrition' is - but after having many mixed messages thrown at you from the diet industry it can be an absolute minefield. You may be confused by fad diets, different 'food rules', over restriction causing you to be on a binge/restrict cycle, having attended diet clubs and come out no further forward and still clueless.

Through support, accountability and education I can help you understand your body and what it needs.
